Four facts for agricultural products and food from Germany, Fact 4: Strong market leaders from the agricultural and food industries

The fourth reason per Made in Germany is provided by the companies and their employees themselves. Together they represent the fourth largest industrial sector in Germany. With their daily commitment, they ensure that they are either world market leaders in their sectors (e.g. in the export of agricultural engineering products, confectionery or cheese) or that they are positioned worldwide in a leading competitive situation (e.g. in the export of pork).

More than 1,300 GEFA companies in the food sector and more than 400 exporters in GEFA's agricultural divisions stand for the performance promise Made in Germany every day.
